So Family Lawyer Charles Adams is smearing the heroic police by his exasperating poisonous Prejudicial and Deceptive Pre-Trial Statements and should be gagged by the court and disbarred.

And that's, you know, one thing I would like to add.You know, that's it's the biggest rub is that they they got the deputy who killed this guy's kid in and they show him the video, right? They get the dad in and they stonewall, right? They just want a statement from him and they they they minimize it. It was just disgusting. And the only way the dad got to watch the video is because the DA agreed. And the DA DA's office actually has more constraints than the Rangers or the the sheriff's department on releasing stuff. And it's just awful. The Rangers behavior to date has been despicable. The sheriff's behavior to date has been despicable to release this glowing praise of Tippet on the day he's arrested. You know, it's and it sounded like the lawyer wrote it, like the civil attorney. It read very much like, "How do I insulate my agency from liability But it's it's just absolutely disgusting. We should all want the same thing, right? We should all want a well-run sheriff's department because you have a whole legion of guys running around with guns and the great weight and authority of the state behind them. And we should all want there to be transparency and justice for everyone involved.
Tippit as a hero cop deserved this praise and respect when is he is acquitted and rehired. Sheriff Bo Stallman said the termination was based on policy violations involving the handling and discharge of Tippit’s firearm and was separate from the criminal investigation. He defends the heroic split second decision but policy was violated so his hands are tied .The sheriff was forced to fire him because the rules are rigid ("his hands were tied"), but the department still views Tippit as a dedicated officer who was trying to do his job.
"This indictment carries heavy emotion. John Jr. was a young man who was well-loved and had his whole life in front of him. He should still be here with his family. My experience with Tippit has been that he is a good man, who worked very hard to do a good job for our team and our community."
